Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager role at Bricesco located in Wednesbury. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth targets. The role involves market research, lead generation, proposal development, and sales conversions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of market research and sales techniques
- Qualifications of a Bachelors degree or HND in engineering (HNC minimum)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
